Owner’s Representation & Technical Advisory

We provide Owner’s Representation services to help ensure construction projects are delivered efficiently, transparently, and in alignment with the owner’s goals. With expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and telecommunications systems, our team acts as a trusted advocate throughout planning, design, procurement, and construction.

 

We coordinate communication between owners, architects, engineers, and contractors while protecting the owner’s interests through oversight of costs, schedules, system performance, and technical coordination—helping owners make informed decisions and deliver successful projects.

 

Owner’s Representation services include:
